Manito City Park

When in Spokane we often make a point of visiting Manito City Park on the south side of the city.  This park dates back to the early 1900's and is one of the most beautiful city parks I have ever seen.  It includes a large and beautiful formal garden, a conservatory, a very large perennial garden with a separate section for German irises, a huge rose garden, a dahlia garden, a lilac drive, a reflecting pond and a Japanese garden.

Note: lest anyone be confused, these photos were taken on different visits to the park, in different weather and at different times of the year.
